The structural method of the hydraulic station is mainly distinguished by the structural method of the pump equipment, the location of the equipment and the cooling method. The solenoid of the reversing valve of the equipment above the hydraulic station is loose and the coil is short-circuited. This can directly replace the reversing valve and perhaps repair it. At the same time, the stuck valve can only be replaced by the reversing valve or repaired. In the hydraulic system, each pressed component has a relative movement of the surface, such as the inner surface of the hydraulic cylinder and the outer surface of the piston, due to the relative movement, so there is a certain gap between them. Assuming that one side of the gap is high-pressure oil and the other side is low-pressure oil, the high-pressure oil will flow to the low-pressure area through the gap and then form a leak. At the same time, due to the imperfect sealing of hydraulic components, part of the oil will leak to the outside. This leakage constitutes a reduction in the practice of traffic, which is what we call traffic loss.

The hydraulic cylinder is small in size and light in weight, so the inertial force is small. When suddenly overloaded or parked, no big impact will occur. It can automatically adjust the traction speed smoothly within a given range, and can complete the speed regulation. The commutation is simple, and the conversion between the rotation of the working mechanism and the linear reciprocating motion can be completed more conveniently without changing the rotation direction of the motor. The hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor are connected by oil pipes, and they are not severely restricted by each other in spatial arrangement. Because the oil is selected as the working medium, the relative moving surfaces of the components can be lubricated by themselves, with small wear and long service life. Check the hydraulic system once every day. Including check the motor operation, hydraulic pump operation, each solenoid valve is sensitive, etc. If there is an anomaly, deal with it immediately. Otherwise, it shall not operate. Regarding the determination of the output speed of the electric equipment, when the valve has no strict requirements for its opening and closing time, the slower speed should be selected as far as possible.
Hydraulic cylinder how to reduce noise?

Since various impurities such as iron filings, abrasives, dust and other dirt will enter the system before use during the processing and transportation of various components and pipelines of the hydraulic station, all valves, oil pipes and oil tanks should be fine cleaned before use of the hydraulic station, and the oil pipes should be cleaned by pickling. The selection and correct use of hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil filtration and other aspects of management, to improve the safety of the hoist braking system, reliability is very important, that is, the correct maintenance and maintenance of the hydraulic station.
