The hydraulic system is an independent hydraulic device


The hydraulic system is a relatively complete project, which not only needs to consider whether the thrust (or torque) and speed reach the requirements, but also needs to meet the action requirements of mechanical equipment, and increasingly needs the miniaturization and long service life of the hydraulic system. The structural method of the hydraulic station is mainly distinguished by the structural method of the pump equipment, the location of the equipment and the cooling method. The solenoid of the reversing valve of the equipment above the hydraulic station is loose and the coil is short-circuited. This can directly replace the reversing valve and perhaps repair it. The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic station is contaminated and the spool is stuck. Replace all hydraulic oil with clean uncontaminated hydraulic oil. At the same time, the stuck valve can only be replaced by the reversing valve or repaired. In the hydraulic system, each pressed component has a relative movement of the surface, such as the inner surface of the hydraulic cylinder and the outer surface of the piston, due to the relative movement, so there is a certain gap between them. Assuming that one side of the gap is high-pressure oil and the other side is low-pressure oil, the high-pressure oil will flow to the low-pressure area through the gap and then form a leak. At the same time, due to the imperfect sealing of hydraulic components, part of the oil will leak to the outside. This leakage constitutes a reduction in the practice of traffic, which is what we call traffic loss.
